«BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION FOR TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGIES»
NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Art. 1. (1) «BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION FOR TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGIES », hereinafter referred to as the Association, shall be a legal entity, registered in compliance with the regulations of the Law of Non-profit Legal Entities.
(2) The Association separate from its members shall be responsible for its liabilities with its property. The members of the Association shall be responsible for its liabilities only to the amount of the property installments provided by the present By-laws.
SUBJECT OF ACTIVITY
Art.2. The Association shall carry out activities of private benefit in accordance with the Constitution, Country laws and the present By-laws.
TERM
Atr. 3. The Association shall not be limited by term.
ASSOCIATION NAME
Art. 4. (1) The Association shall carry out its activities under the name of «ÁÚËÃÀÐÑÊÀ ÀÑÎÖÈÀÖÈß ÇÀ ÁÅÇÈÇÊÎÏÍÈ ÒÅÕÍÎËÎÃÈÈ» (ÁÀÒÒ). Association name shall be written in Bulgarian language. Additionally the Association name shall be written in English language in the following way: «Bulgarian Association for Trenchless Technology» (BATT).
(2) The association shall have an internet address at www.batt-bg.org.
(3) Each written statement on behalf of the Association shall contain its name, head office, address, registration data, including BULSTAT number / Unified Register for Identification of Economic and Other Subjects in the Republic of Bulgaria/.
HEAD OFFICE AND ADDRESS OF MANAGEMENT
Art. 5. The head office of the Association shall be in the city of Sofia, and the address of management of the Association shall be: 55, Aleksander Stamboliyski blvd., floor 3
